Plants Eatery is Taiwan's only fully-vegan raw food restaurant. It serves Taipei's best raw cakes, and a small but delicious range of small, healthy, raw meals.
Raw food is always going to be more expensive than cooked food, owing to its expensive ingredients and time-intensive preparation, however with dishes starting from NT100-200, Plants is not significantly more expensive than most vegan restaurants in Taipei, and much better value than equivalent raw food around the world.
Canteen by Plants is a smaller branch located in the back of a natural cosmetics shop, walkable from Taipei Main Station and just around the corner from Zhonshan Station, one stop to the north. It's great for a quick bite near Taipei Main Station, or for a healthy take-out for Jiufen, Jinguashi or Taroko Gorge.
